158mm diameter +2 Diopter in a filter tray that fits directly into 6.6x6.6" matte boxes Created for cinematography, our tray mount close up lenses can be quickly inserted in the matte box to focus closer than can be achieved by the cine lens in use. The +2 Diopter Tray Mount Close-Up Lens uses a 158mm diameter +2 diopter plano convex lens mounted in a filter tray designed to fit in 6.6" x 6.6" Matte Boxes. A broad band multi-layer anti-reflection coating (MC Coating) helps to minimize flare and ghost reflections. The filter tray is 15mm thick and requires two undivided slots in the matte box. There are 1/4 20 threaded holes on the camera side of the tray that allow mounting on flex arms so that the close-up lens can be tilted for creative effects.
