This works wonderful--so far! I keep it about waist high and works like a charm. This is great for kids to that can't reach the shower head. Bought one for my son who was looking for the same thing for his hand held shower head. Don't hesitate to try this one, its has a very strong hold, even when the water is running through it. 56 Months of Continuous Use - No Signs of Weakening! I was worried about the tightening mechanism on the ball head failing over time, but it really held up. I've been using this in my shower for the past six months and it still works like it did when it was brand new. Suction is great as well. Never had it slip. If you're in need of relocating your shower head, this product will do it well, and for cheap! 5I do really like this but it does fall off the way every ... I do really like this but it does fall off the way every so often. But it means the hand held shower head is right at my arm length and ,lets me put it up while washing my hair, soaping my body and then when I'm done. It has make my showers so much easier. 4The kids love having the shower at their level My kids love having the shower head at the perfect place for their height.When the shower head is up at it's normal height, it's difficult for kids to get a good shower. We use it A LOT and our old one (different brand/model) got "loose" from all the movement (expected) so we needed a new one. We haven't had this one that long yet, but it works well. We have an apartment with only a shower, so it's very nice to be able to adjust our shower head to accommodate our two children. 4Doesn't always stick to the tile show surface When it stated that the holder was adjustable, I thought that it would hold varying shower handles diameters but it does not. It also does not hold well on my white tile surface, even after I cleaned the surface very well. I would find it on the shower floor after some weight was put on the holder. I moistened the suction area to get a better hold with no luck. 3Just what I wanted There isn't a whole lot to say about this, but it holds my showerhead and secures great to the shower walls. I haven't had any issues with it falling down so I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. 5Didn't work for me My handheld showerhead, when in its holder, is too far above my head and I was delighted with this as a possible solution. Lots of positive reviews encouraged me to purchase. After cleaning the tile and placing the device, I moved the handheld head to the new holder. Crash. Down went the device and my showerhead. Multiple tries later, I gave up. I'd feel badly if someone else tried to use this and ended up as frustrated as I became so it went in the trash instead of the donation bag. 1Secure, adjustable - a win! I placed this in the bathroom for my kiddos once we reached showering age (ages three and four) and it's worked perfectly! Brings the shower head to their level and keeps it secure on the wall. Head can be adjusted easily without it falling off/losing grip on the wall. 5Updated review *UPDATE*I have changed my star rating on this product because I was contacted by the company. They apologized for their product failure and offered me full refund including my shipping charges. So while the product was not everything I hoped for the customer service far exceeded my expectations.Original review:This was great for a week. Right up until the pin fell out and rolled down the drain. I'm really disappointed because this was amazing to help my little kids shower alone. 4
