The Burndy Y1MRTC Hytool crimper is a manually operated ratchet crimper that is suitable for use with a range of copper terminals, splices, and taps. Its ratchet mechanism ensures that proper crimp force is applied with each operation, and its permanent rotating die is color coded to match color coded connectors. Each crimp embosses the connection with the die index so there is a permanent identifier for inspection of the installed connectors. This crimper has molded comfort grips that reduce user fatigue from continuous use.
