Other reviews say that it has a green gray tint instead of cream, which is true but it s not odd or distracting. Just don t expect a bright cream. The details are painted on ok but not great. It has a nice heft to it which keeps it from moving around as you tap on your device. The weight means this isn't the stand for you if you want something portable, and I would be concerned about damage to it if I put it in my backpack to take with me and use outside of the home or office. The slot the device sits in is deep enough for a phone or tablet with a case on it.
