• 1. Flatness: With years of experience, Noral has found the perfect cloth thickness. If the cloth is too thick or too thin and the braid quality is not fine enough than the epaulet will not stay or lay flat on the shoulder. Most of Norals competitors do not manufacture the epaulets themselves but subcontract from general sewing companies without having these experiences.
• 2. Braids: The quality of the Braid is the most important and expensive part of Epaulet construction. Noral uses American made Michael A Hessberg, Inc braids. The width of the Braid is 3/8".
• 3. Seam & Sewing Quality: Epaulets look like a simple and small product, but the sewing and the final seam require the best experienced sewing operators. Noral makes all products in house. The quality of the seam under the epaulet plays an important role in keeping the epaulet flat and fine on the shoulder. Noral also irons each epaulet one by one to ensure quality.

We have Gold Metallic and Silver Metallic stripes on black cloth. The epaulets come in pairs. Noral keeps the three following factors in mind to maintain quality.1.
