Key Features

Tang Mega 138K Pro SoM uses GW5AST-LV138FPG676A FPGA as the main chip. The chip has 138240 LUT4 and REGs and 12 integrated PLLs. It also has a series of resources to meet various functional needs. The SoM board size is 50mm x 70mm and use 3 BTB connectorto connect the dock board.

Tang Mega 138K Pro Dock board has Gigabit Ethernet,SFP+ and PCle interfaces. It is suitable for learning andverifying FPGA high-speed communication. Meanwhilemultiple camera interfaces and display interfaces canbe easily used for image collection and display.
