The liquid/vapor barrier blocks hot liquids, grease or steam from reaching your skin, which means no more steam burns. High quality poly-cotton material offers durable, affordable and effective protection where there is no risk of exposure to open flame. Sturdy, 100% cotton terry insulation, along with proper outer shell, provides protection up to 450F (232F) for 15 seconds. Clean Tucker oven mitts and gloves as often as required. Machine wash and dry for best results. Spot clean using mild detergent and warm soapy cloth. Rinse under running water. DO NOT soak or submerge for prolonged periods to avoid saturating insulation.
