This plug adapter converts USA 3 pin plug to 3 pin grounded Australia/New Zealand, China Plug. NOTE: This is just a plug adapter that converts the prongs of an american plug to the Australian plug. If you need to change the voltage from 220V to 110V, then you will need a step down voltage converter along with this adapter.
