- IP/MAC Layer TransparentSupport IP layer transparent transmission and MAC layer transparent transmission in two bridge modes, IP layer transparent transmission (factory default), which can meet most of the bridge applications; MAC layer transparent transmission, which can transparent transmission the MAC layer(link layer) and above of all data, including IP layer data(such as Cisco AP, Hikvision surveillance system).
- Note for Users: When the VONETS Bridge is connected to an external network, its IP address will undergo a change. To access the configuration interface, we recommend utilizing the dedicated configuration domain name: vonets.cfg. Alternatively, you can obtain the device's current IP address by entering the command ping vonets.cfg in the Windows Command Prompt window, and then use this IP address to log in to the configuration page.
- This product does not include a power adapter
- The Ethernet port is solely a signal conversion interface. When not connected to a valid hotspot, the absence of data flow through the port is an expected behaviour and not a device malfunction.
- 300Mbps represents the theoretical value under the IEEE 802.11n protocol; actual speeds are influenced by variables including router firmware and physical obstructions
